The forum, held in six municipalities of the Community of Madrid—Alcobendas, Leganés, Torrejón, Las Rozas, Aranjuez, and Madrid—managed to gather more than 1,000 entrepreneurs, investors, and attendees from over 40 countries.
On its opening day, the forum took place in Alcobendas and Leganés, where various roundtable discussions addressed key topics for positioning the community as the digital hub of Southern Europe and as a preferred investment destination.
The second day of the Madrid Investment Forum 2024 solidified the Community of Madrid government’s commitment to high value-added industrial development and its positioning as a leading digital hub in Southern Europe. Torrejón de Ardoz and Las Rozas hosted this second day, featuring a full agenda of roundtables, presentations, and networking sessions that brought together prominent representatives from the business, academic, and government sectors.
The morning session was held at the Caja del Arte in Torrejón de Ardoz, featuring an institutional opening by Alejandro Navarro, mayor of the municipality, and Manuel Pérez, Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the Community of Madrid. Both emphasized the importance of industry as a driver of growth and employment in the region, with a special focus on the digital industry.
