APPLICATION PROCEDURE
If after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been dismissed, or you disagree with the decision made, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, the interested person may file a claim. Likewise, a claim may be initiated if twenty business days have passed without a response.
The claim may be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as other options provided by Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and processed by the General Subdirectorate of Service Inspection of the Ministry.
