Bilbao Patrimonial S.L guarantees the protection of all personal data provided by the User on the Website and, in compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

All personal data provided to Bilbao Patrimonial S.L will be processed in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights and will be incorporated into the corresponding register created and maintained under the responsibility of the Data Controller.

This privacy policy (hereinafter, the «Privacy Policy») applies to all personal data that the user provides to Bilbao Patrimonial S.L.

It is the owner entity of this website (hereinafter the “Website”), with registered address at Cl Puente De Deusto, No. 7 Floor 1 Door 5, 48014 – (Bilbao) – Vizcaya, and with Tax ID No. B28964179, whose main activity is the Development of construction projects.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “User” means any natural person interested in the products and services that Bilbao Patrimonial S.L offers through its Website.

Bilbao Patrimonial S.L will request, prior to providing personal data, the express consent of the User to this Privacy Policy when necessary and for any other aspect requiring prior authorization.

II.- For what purpose do we process your personal data?

The User is informed that Bilbao Patrimonial S.L will process personal data for the purposes listed below, as long as there is a legal basis for each processing as explained further:

(a) To guarantee the User access and use of the Website, as well as the management, study, and resolution of inquiries.

(b) To facilitate the relationship between the User and Bilbao Patrimonial S.L and, where applicable, the contracting of a service.

After this period, the company commits to cease processing all data and block it in databases as required.

Data will be blocked upon request for rectification or deletion. After that, data must be destroyed. Blocked data cannot be processed for other purposes.
